Colum McDonnell is a comedian and actor best known for his television appearances and writing credits on the IFTA nominated satirical RTE sketch show ‘Irish Pictorial Weekly’.
Colum currently stars in the RTE comedy show ‘Bridget and Eamon’ as Eamon’s hapless friend ‘Fierce Handy Frank’. Series 4 of the IFTA winning sitcom is scheduled to return to our screens in late 2018 in which Colums character features heavily.
His other TV appearances are numerous including RTE’s ‘The Savage Eye’ ‘Podge and Rodge’ and the comedy central show ‘The World Stands Up’.
His comedy festival appearances include the Kilkenny Cat Laughs, The Vodafone Comedy Festival and the Edinburgh International Comedy Festival.
